unDEAF is a self-organisational ecosystem where participants have full freedom to present their work, organize workshops, shows, performances, parties, and other as-yet-undefined events.
The content is driven and created by the participants, day-by-day during the course of the event. This event is organized bottom-up instead of top-down.
We like to see it as a free, libre and open zone inside of DEAF07 (Dutch Electronic Art Festival).
Our aim is to invite together active members of the online community and offer them an opportunity to share their interests, concerns and discoveries in a physical venue where their self-organizational skills will be revealed and confirmed.
unDEAF is also a free wireless network and an online platform where participants can extend their exchange to anyone with internet access.
